Consultant needed!

Salary: £30 - 50k(sorry, we know that is a wide range, but please read on)

What we are looking for

We are looking for our first employee, the most important investment in our business to date. No pressure!

Forgive us for not having a carefully worked out job description, but this job just isn’t going to be like that.

We need someone who will work across a very varied client base, is happy to muck in with whatever needs to be done, wants to learn from the three founding partners, and who enjoys working on a range of projects at once.

You need to have some experience under your belt, be tech-savvy, passionate about politics and policy and want to build a career in strategic and issues led communications and business improvement.

About the role

We are currently working with trade unions, trade associations, housing associations, charities, academics and businesses.

We’re delivering a wide mix of work; we’ve just written a data strategy for one client, a communications strategy for another and a business plan for a third. Everything we do has one thing in common: helping our clients be better – be better communicators, perform better or have a better impact.

Our working culture is based on trust and good communications, we are all parents, we all have lives outside of work and all believe that work must fit as part of your whole self. But we also work hard, deliver for our clients and get the job done.

Developing our employees is critical to building our business so we promise that we will invest in your development and take great pleasure in watching you take on more responsibility.

We care more about your attributes and ambition than we do your experience, so we are keen to talk to anyone that is keen to join us, happy to consider full-time or part-time. If you think that working with us supports your career goals then we would love to hear from you.

Like most people, we are mainly working from home at the moment but will be aiming to be working in London 2-3 days per week once the Covid-19 situation improves.

How to apply

Please send your CV with a covering email setting out why you want to come and work with us to [email protected]

Applications must be submitted by 31/12/21, though we will interview as applications are received and may appoint before the deadline.
