A Politics and Modern History graduate from the University of Manchester, Louis works with the senior management team, coordinating policy research, political intelligence, social media, and events.

Before joining DevoConnect as a Political Research Intern and later a Public Affairs Executive, Louis worked for multiple public affairs firms covering both Westminster and the planning sectors.

He has worked with a variety of clients including Unison, Electricity North West, Core Cities UK, Policy@Manchester, Atkins, and the Energy Networks Association. He also works on campaigns including the Net Zero APPG, The Northern Transport Summit, and the Northern Powerhouse Education, Employment and Skills Summit.

Louis coordinates the team on client delivery, political intelligence activities, monitoring, political research and policy writing, and events delivery.
