Inflect worked with Eastlight Community Homes in 2021 to develop a new performance management framework and data strategy to help drive performance at the organisation post-merger.

Eastlight was established following the merger of Greenfields Community Housing and Colne Housing in 2020 and now manages more than 12,800 homes in the East of England and with plans to develop many thousands more.

After a successful integration of many backend systems and processes, Inflect were brought in to establish a new way of measuring performance designed specifically for the new organisation. Using our knowledge of the sector, similar organisations and the evolving regulatory requirements, we built a brand new bespoke management system for Eastlight from Board down to the people collecting the data.

Alongside this framework, we also developed a new data strategy to help the organisation change the way it approached and managed its data, with a focus on delivering the best possible outcomes for its customers.
